Elizabeth’s coaching style, values and ethics combine the use of positive psychology, professionalism and an unconditional regard for clients, to develop personalized client-centered coaching frameworks that support clients in achieving their goals. Background & Experience

Elizabeth has 35 years’ corporate experience working with industry leaders and businesses across consulting, services, non-profit, education, publishing, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, academic and training industries. In addition, she has 8 years’ in-depth coaching experience, having coached start-ups, small, medium and micro enterprises, and business leaders across varied industries. This experience provides a solid foundation for the coaching of businesses, with an in-depth understanding of diverse organizational contexts and environments. Elizabeth is currently a Business Leader for a Global Entrepreneurship Business School and a Foundation, as well as two Global Leadership Training Academies. She also has a passion for social innovation and social development in South Africa.
